ABOUT our food truck

We started in 2012 by doing pop-ups off tables all over Toronto, and after growing in popularity we launched our first food truck, Priscilla.

It didn’t take long after cruising the streets to gain recognition. Voted Canada’s number 1 food truck by Canadian living magazine, and awarded Now Magazine’s best food truck or runner up from 2014-2017, our ol’ Priscilla made her mark on the Toronto food truck scene.

In 2017, the Fidel Gastro’s team traded her in for a newer shinier model and Priscilla II was born…. And hasn’t made a U turn since.
